These magical classes will help your child to become a Happy, Healthy Yogi! Combining the practice of yoga and mindfulness with an enormous dose of FUN, Musical Yoga with Jess brings so much enrichment to your little one’s wellbeing. Trained by the world-renowned Kidding Around Yoga, Jess uses songs and music, arts and crafts, games, stories and lots of entertaining silliness to teach children yoga poses, breath-work, mindfulness and meditation. These joyful classes show the seeds of a lifelong understanding of the benefits of caring for your body, mind and soul, and empower children with the ability to find that sense of peace and wellbeing in any place, at any moment

Ages: Classes can be adapted to any age group. Jess works mostly with children aged 18 months - 5 Years.

Classes are 1 hour duration and may be unaccompanied for those over 3 years.
