A bit of Background
Hi, I'm Jess, and I established Copstone Nurture Co. back in 2017 to provide a variety of engaging and entertaining classes for babies, toddlers and teens here in Hong Kong. Back in London when my own two kids were very little, I loved and depended upon the classes I took them to as part of our weekly schedule. The activities not only delighted their budding minds, but also gave us a fun reason to go out, and allowed us to meet other families in the area. They provided lovely opportunities for the kids to play in a group, create new friendships, and learn through play.
My career in the UK was as a Holistic Health Practitioner. I worked with all ages and all manner of cases, but my focus was on fertility, pregnancy, babies and families. This passion for the wellbeing of children and families never left me, and as well as running the classes I do, I am also completing a Master Degree training to be a Play Therapist so that I can further support young people and their families in even more ways in the future.
It's the memory of my own cherished family experiences, and my passion for wellness and nurturing wellbeing, which inspires me in all the classes I run at Copstone Nurture Co. I deliver every single one with my full heart, energy and focus, in the hope of providing children and their grown-ups with the opportunity to share happy and magical moments together, offering not only a space and time for joy, but also deep nurturing of wellbeing through the enjoyment of these activities. By creating a fun, warm and welcoming environment for little ones to observe, explore and participate, I strive for my classes to nurture their huge capacity to grow and develop by allowing them to learn through the joy of song, dance, movement, sound, sign and play.
