Frequently Asked
Questions

Is the class accompanied?
For Rhyme Time and Baby Signing, yes. For Big Kids classes, those over 3years may attend unaccompanied.

Can my Helper bring my child?
Yes of course, Aunties are very welcome! As are Mummies, Daddies, Grandparents, and other visiting relatives, as long as they have the permission of the child's parent or guardian to be the one attending with them. However, due to current social distancing restrictions, only one adult can accompany each child at the moment.

Can I bring my stroller?
Yes! Although our classroom is on the third floor (stairs, no elevator I'm afraid!), there is some room to park buggies and strollers on the ground floor, but the venue asks that they be folded down to keep fire exits clear. Please ask at Reception when you arrive about where to leave it.

Are there bathroom facilities on site?
Yes, there are toilets right by the classroom. The tiny tots toilets and baby change facilities are on the ground floor.

How do I pay?
Payments are made directly to me, Jess. You can pay in advance online via FPS or bank transfer, or by cash arrival. Please see the pricing and schedules page for full payment details.

Can different Discounts and Offers be used together?
Yes, as a Mum myself, I know how expensive kids' classes in Hong Kong can be, so I try to make all my classes the best value for money that I can. For that reason I am very happy for you to use different offers and discounts in conjunction where applicable. please make sure to check the Offers page for full details of any special offers and discounts being run.

What happens if I need to cancel?
Please refer to the Bookings, Payments and Cancellations page for full details. Cancellations should be made with as much advance notice as possible, to allow children on the waitlist the chance to take the newly available spot. At least 24 hours' notice must be given, otherwise full class fee is payable.

What if the class we want to attend is full?
There will be a waitlist for all classes. I will automatically add you to this if you enquire after a class which is full. If spaces become available, these will be allocated to children on the waitlist on a first come, first served basis.

What if a class is cancelled?
If for any reason a class needs to be cancelled, a make-up class will be rearranged where possible, otherwise a refund may be offered. Please see the Bookings, Payments and Cancellations page for details.

Do I need to bring anything?
Just socks and your happy selves! I provide any equipment necessary for the sessions. Shoes are not permitted to be worn in the classroom, and we ask that all participants wear socks.

Can I bring snacks?
Unfortunately at the moment, as part of Covid-prevention, no snacks are allowed currently. However, drinks are absolutely fine.

Do we need to wear a mask?
In line with current government guidelines, masks are required to be worn to enter the building. However, please note they are note recommended for children under the age of 2 years. For those little ones under 2, a face shield is required to enter the building..

Any Other Current Virus-Prevention Procedures?
For any new students, a Health Declaration Form must be completed before the first attendance. This can be downloaded from the button below if you want to print and complete it in advance. Otherwise copies will be available on arrival. Temperatures will be taken for all individuals entering the building, and hand sanitiser must be used when entering.
Absolutely ALL toys and accessories, including the floor(!), are sterilised by Jess after every single session, using organic and baby-safe products.
