A vibrant multi-sensory playgroup based around songs and nursery rhymes, providing a host of benefits from social skills to language acquisition, and most importantly, creating a sense of fun, allowing children to learn through play.

Ages: Babies, Crawlers and Toddlers
(approx 6 months - 3 years)

Kids’ Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation

Trained by the internationally loved Kidding Around Yoga, Jess uses songs, music, games, stories and lots of FUN to teach children yoga poses, breath-work, mindfulness and meditation to nurture happy, healthy little Yogis.

Ages: Classes can be adapted to any age group. Jess works mostly with children aged 3 - 5 Years.
