Baby Sound Baths

Using harmonious instruments from Gongs to a Crystal Harp, these sound baths for babies and their carers offer a moment to unwind and let the soothing soundscape wash over  and envelope you both in a restorative sonic hug!

Ages: Suitable for newborns upwards - your first Sound Bath was in the womb!

Sound Baths for Teens

These Sounds Baths offer a gentle, welcoming and judgement-free space where teens can pause, let go, and reconnect with themselves for a deeply restorative relaxation session for the mind and body.

Ages: All teens welcome

Kids’ Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation

Trained by the internationally loved Kidding Around Yoga, Jess uses songs, music, games, stories and lots of FUN to teach children yoga poses, breath-work, mindfulness and meditation to nurture happy, healthy little Yogis.

Ages: Classes can be adapted to any age group. Jess works mostly with children aged 3 - 5 Years.
